Once food preparation has started, cancellation is not allowed.
If the restaurant or Bhojdeal cancels your order (e.g., item not available), you will receive a full refund.
For cash on delivery orders, cancellation must be done within 5 minutes of ordering.
Orders paid online will be refunded to the original payment method within 24–48 hours if eligible.
